Sonia and Neftali Diaz opened their food truck Diaz in August. Despite the cold winter, they say that business has been good so far at their Sprouse’s Corner location.
The exciting menu is a fusion of Italian and Latin influences, specifically Mexican and El Salvadorian. Popular dishes include tacos, burritos, wings, pupusas, and pastas. They are also building a name for themselves with a unique slate of creative cheese steak specials, such as the Pizza Philly Steak Sub and the Surf and Turf Philly, featuring shrimp.
They are open from 11 am to 8:30 pm everyday except Saturday, when they often take the truck to festivals and events.
